JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Merchant Services Product Onboarding Team team lies at the heart and soul of DoorDash, ensuring that we set all of our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding experience. As DoorDash grows both in scale and scope of offering, the strength of our onboarding engine must grow with it.
Youll partner with our product teams and cross functional partners to execute against the vision, mission, and strategy of product and platform onboarding. You will help guide and implement strategy and lead initiatives to improve the onboarding experience for merchants, and implement onboarding processes for new products and platforms. Youll assist in goal setting to track the success of the team, and be responsible for ensuring quarterly quotas are met, and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicators and quality metrics. This role is for someone who is passionate about leading people, obsesses about operational details, and cares deeply about the client experience. You will report into the Director of Merchant Services, New Teams in our Merchant Operations organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.
