About the Team

DoorDash is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to help grow the DashPass subscription business. We are seeking someone to join our team who loves working with data to identify opportunities and design creative solutions that drive acquisition. DashPass is one of DoorDashs fastest growing products, meaning youll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the company at large.

About the Role

Senior Strategy & Operations Managers oversee the strategic development of our business. On a typical day you might lead a new initiative, run and refine experiments, dive into data to explain acquisition fluctuations, build processes that enable teams to scale their work 10x, and make sure we never stop executing.

  • Strategise - Innovate and work on product strategy within the DashPass business
  • Engage Implement scalable initiatives and best practices to deliver a world-class member experience
  • Experiment Use data-driven decision-making to run tests that accelerate our top of funnel growth
  • Execute- Build the foundation of a brand new team and product offering from the ground up
  • Analyse Dive into the weeds of complicated data models and cost/ benefit analysis to drive the business unit forward
  • Influence Partner with teams spanning: Product, Finance, Analytics, Corporate Development, Marketing, and external partners

  • You have 8-10 years experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, corporate development or related; partnership modeling or subscription experience is a plus
